Investment

Serving mothers during this early season of motherhood means accepting a limited number of families each month. This allows me to provide exemplary service and still plan around those babies who like to make their own schedules!

Birth, Maternity and Newborn sessions are typically reserved at the beginning of your second trimester. There aren’t many things you can plan for with motherhood, but photos are one of them. Don’t wait to invest in your family’s memories!

Couldn’t recommend Emily more! She was a pleasure to work with from the moment I reached out to final deliver. She was responsive and professional in my initial outreach. She’s highly skilled in her craft and couldn’t be nicer. She has dresses for clients to use bc let’s be real who wants to be ordering and trying on dresses a few weeks after giving birth. She also provides swaddles and diaper covers and bows to make all the little details of your photos perfect. I appreciated all of her skilled styling throughout the shoot. I never felt awkward or out of place. She was an expert in posing us and our daughter. We got our sneak peaks right away and our gallery shortly after. I will cherish these photos forever and can’t wait to do future shoots with Emily!

I recommend 32-36 weeks for DC maternity photos. You don't want to be too far along that we risk missing the opportunity or you being uncomfortable, but definitely far enough along to show off your beautiful bump.
