Northern Virginia In-Home Lifestyle Newborn Session | Baby Cole

It was amazing to work with baby Cole and his beautiful family for their Northern Virginia in-home lifestyle newborn session. Their home was truly beautiful, and I was honored to be let into their space to capture these moments for them. 

Cole’s nursery was so gorgeously designed. I have a love for specialty wallpaper, and the blue chevron wallpaper in his nautical nursery was perfection. It reminded me of the zoo inspired wallpaper I put in Albert’s nursery. Cole was such a peaceful newborn and I was able to get incredible moments with him and his siblings.

I love doing detail shots of newborns, like their hands and feet, and of course I had to include one of Cole’s impressive head of hair! It’s important that parents have those little images to remember exactly how small their child once was. 

Mama looked stunning in the flowy floral dress from my studio wardrobe. We thought it went perfectly with the blue tones used in the decor throughout their home. There was so much light to work with in their home, and the atmosphere with the whole family was really magical.
