Lucas Benjamin | Northern Virginia Birth Photographer

Sweet Lucas made his entrance in to the world last Friday, June 12, 2015. I couldn’t have been more blessed to capture his birth for my friends Katie and Stephen, who you probably remember from their maternity session earlier this Spring. Lucas’s birth story began at about 8:30am when Katie called me telling me “not to worry” but she was contracting and was headed home from work. I told her to keep me posted and I arrived to the hospital around 2pm, just about 5 hours later, Lucas was born at 7:25pm, weighing in at exactly 9 pounds! Wait until you see his sweet chubby cheeks!
