Ashburn Family Photographer | Kadyn’s Newborn Session

Is there anything better than a fresh new baby to love? As an Ashburn family photographer, my answer will always be no! Kadyn’s newborn session was the most adorable. I love the personal touches Mom and Dad added to their session.

This is baby number one for this family, and it was such a joy helping them celebrate this new exciting season. They were the sweetest couple, and we had the best time laughing and joking about Kadyn’s nickname in utero. The clients I click with most are the ones with a sense of humor.

Dad was a football player in college, which is where they met! So, of course, we had fun adding in a few football shots to honor their memories of where their love story began!

First Time Parents

It’s always extra special when I’m working with first-time parents. I love chatting with them throughout their session and hearing about this wild new adventure. We laugh about the blowouts and how the laundry never ends, but we know we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Usually, Mom has had some time to be pampered with hair and makeup while I work through solo portraits with baby. I love these moments when Mom and Dad get to soak in the moment without a to-do list. The focus of each session is just being present with each other, with maybe only a handful of lamenting about sleepless nights in the mix!

Studio Newborn Sessions

Studio newborn sessions in my Gainesville home studio are the perfect way to celebrate your precious new little one. I love in-home lifestyle sessions, but there’s something so classic about studio sessions. You also won’t have to worry about cleanup! All you have to do is get your sweet family to the studio. A Note From The Mama
