Each birth that I capture comes with a flood of new memories and many “new favorite” images and Ella’s birth was certainly no different. I met her parents Paul and Kim back in the fall and they were so sweet and eager to be welcoming a baby into their family. We went out for ice cream together(my personal favorite way to meet clients), so the night her mama was induced, Mark and I went back to Coldstone to celebrate. I remember thinking it seemed like a lifetime ago since I first met Paul and Kim. At the time they didn’t even know they were having a little girl, and now they were just a few short hours away from meeting her!
Her mama was such a trooper for her induction. When I arrived at the hospital she was already 10 centimeters dilated and calm, cool and collected. The entire process had gone so smoothly the nurses kept telling her how amazing it was! After a few short minutes of pushing sweet Ella entered the world surrounded by some of the sweetest nurses and doctor I have ever worked with, and of course her mama, daddy and grandma who already adored her so much. Happy Birthday, Ella, Im honored I was able to capture it!
