Allie + Ryan | Northern Virginia Maternity Photographer

To say I adore this sweet couple would be an understatement. When I first met Allie and Ryan for their birth photography consult, Allie threw out some ideas to me for her maternity session. Allie is a talented motherhood photographer herself so I knew she would have some amazing ideas in mind for us to capture this special time for her and her husband, Ryan. Ill be sharing all of my favorites from each part of their session with you in the coming weeks while we wait for their baby boy to arrive!

Starting with the outdoor portion of her maternity session, we headed to Tuckahoe Plantation which happens to be the same place she had her bridal portraits taken at a few years before. It provided the perfect backdrop of tall green fields, and luscious gardens. Pairing the beautiful venue with a glowing mama (makeup done be Avenue 42), a gorgeous flower crown from The Proper Petal, a soft and feminine Rent the Runway dress and her adoring husband made for some absolutely stunning portraits.
