I probably sound like a broken record by now when I say how much I enjoy that the photography world introduces me to so many new people. What you may not know, is that not all of those people find me using social media or even google. In Leah’s case, she stumbled upon my work from following the insanely talented Abby Grace, who was their wedding and anniversary photographer, and our anniversary photographer as well! I knew she and I would hit it off right away, already being connected through our appreciation for documenting all of life’s precious moments. 

When I arrived for their lifestyle newborn session at their home, I was greeted by her husband Chris, and their 20 month old, Crosby, who will seriously melt your heart. He certainly gave us a run for our money, and had us pulling out all the stops (popcorn and gummies, anyone?) for a picture of him with his new baby sister. Turns out he was perfectly content reading her a story on the floor (insert all the heart-eye emojis here). Capturing their growing bond, and their family together was such a n honor, enjoy just a few of my favorite moments from our time together!
